Your responsibilities:
- Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads, enrich the CRM
- Promote the solutions in the portfolio to existing customers
- Participate in networking events in French-speaking Switzerland
- Write commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, close sales
- Conduct audits, analyze business needs, design customized solutions
- Track your objectives, keep forecasts up to date in the CRM, provide regular reporting
Your profile:
- Commercial training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a solution sales position
- Needs analysis: ability to translate the client’s business needs into appropriate technical solutions
- Excellent command of the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of information systems: basics in networks, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, business software, document management, ERP/CRM
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Perseverance and resilience
- Category B driving license
- Native French speaker, with basic knowledge of English
