Your area of responsibility
- You independently manage financial accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- You prepare payment runs and ensure their timely execution
- You create monthly and quarterly reports and continuously optimize their structure
- You are responsible for the technical maintenance of our existing finance and reporting tools (e.g., Excel automations, evaluation templates, smaller internal applications)
- You further develop existing tools and actively work on the introduction of new digital solutions that make finance processes more efficient
- You work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement them into functional, practical finance tools
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as further training as an accounting clerk or are currently completing further training for the federal diploma in finance and accounting
- You bring relevant practical experience in operational accounting
- You have a strong technical flair: very good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automations)
- You work analytically, carefully, process-oriented, and think along when it comes to technical improvements
- You are independent, reliable, and feel comfortable in a young, uncomplicated team. Collegiality and helpfulness are a matter of course for you
