Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- Recording and management of spare parts in SAP
- Assistance in organizing summer and winter revisions
- Co-development of standard processes and procedures in steelworks maintenance
- Creating occupational safety and work instructions
- Defining maintenance intervals and writing their procedures
- Ensuring and improving the availability of spare parts
- Recording and management of spare parts in the CAD system
- Definition, arrangement or ordering, control and documentation of inspection rounds, maintenance and repairs.
- Recording and management of spare parts in the drawing management system
- Leading and participating in projects to improve the availability of the plants
Skills
You inspire us:
- Completed mechanical vocational training EFZ in a technical environment
- Training as a designer and accustomed to working with CAD
- Knowledge in heavy machinery construction, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipeline construction
- Flawless German and very good English skills are an advantage
- Project experience in OpEx and TPM programs with professional leadership of employees
- High communication skills, convincing and assertive
- Freedom from dizziness, ability to work at heights and resilience under industrial environmental conditions (e.g. heat, dust, noise)
