Job Description

The Zero Pool is a team of healthcare professionals operating across different specialties and units of our clinic, offering crucial flexibility and varied expertise to meet the fluctuating needs of our patients and teams. 

Your missions and responsibilities: 

• Be able to manage crisis situations.
• Participate in therapeutic and medical measures by mastering delegated treatments and monitoring the patient’s progress.
• Develop an individualized care approach (nurse’s own role).
• Maintain excellent collaboration conditions within a multidisciplinary team as well as with various regional networks.

Qualifications

• Recognized nursing diploma, preferably Swiss resident 
• Right to practice in the canton of Vaud
• Excellent adaptability skills 
• Sense of priorities in acute situations and good stress management 
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently  
• Sense of multidisciplinary collaboration 
• Availability and flexibility 
• English desired
