What you can achieve
- Clarification of facts and processing of applications
- Review and initiation of immigration law measures
- Editing legal documents within the administrative procedure (legal hearing, order, possible consultation or reconsideration)
- Participation in the legislative process and analysis of case law
- Legal advice to employees, legal research
- Drafting guidelines and information sheets for internal and external use
What distinguishes you for this
- At least a bachelor's degree in law (BLaw) or a related course of study with legal content
- Interest in public administration and migration law and policy issues
- Confident handling of common IT programs (especially Microsoft Office)
- Very good written and spoken expression in German (foreign language skills are an advantage)
- Independent and efficient working style
- Willingness to learn and a pinch of humor
