About the job
The Education Center for Construction and Fashion Kreuzlingen (BBM) is a vocational and continuing education center on Lake Constance with around 600 learners and 60 teachers.
For the vocational subject instruction in the profession of Specialist Woman/Specialist Man in Facility Maintenance, we are looking for a 1 August 2026 a
Your tasks
Planning and conducting action-oriented vocational instruction on the learning topics of work organization and safety, cleaning, maintenance and inspection work, structural maintenance, and green area care.
Your profile
You have teaching experience in the professions of Maintenance Practitioner EBA or Specialist Woman/Man in Facility Maintenance EFZ and hold a degree as a part-time vocational school teacher or a diploma as a vocational subject teacher in the main profession or are willing to complete the degree as a part-time continuing education.
In addition, you have a qualification as a janitor with a federal specialist certificate or from the area of workshop service a proof of a leading position or the diploma as a foreman in road maintenance or proof of a leading position in the maintenance of sports facilities.
