Travel Specialist (80–100%)

What awaits you

• Telephone and written advice to our customers in German and French
• Planning and coordination of various services with hotels and agencies
• Organization and operational execution of trips – from the initial idea to the successful implementation of the assigned travel destinations
• Support in planning, calculating, and preparing travel offers as well as in creating travel descriptions and product information that inspire more
• Representation of Marti-Reisen at external events such as trade fairs, information sessions, and customer days

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training and at least 5 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or tour operator industry
• Very good oral and written German and French skills (English is an advantage)
• A trained eye for detail and a big heart for our guests
• Structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused working style and no fear of more complex workflows
• Great flexibility and resilience, enjoyment of flat hierarchies and direct communication
