Responsibilities
As a manager, you see your employees as people entrusted to you. You lead them with empathy, humor, fairness, and a large dose of common sense. Thanks to your support, they perform their roles competently, independently, and with joy. You see mistakes as learning opportunities, and systematic promotion of your employees is a matter of course for you.
The child is at the center for you. In addition to managing the daycare, you actively participate in care. Trust and professionalism are just as important to you in working with parents as high pedagogical quality. You fully commit to this so that our core values come to life and noticeably shape everyday daycare life.
Requirements
- You have a recognized pedagogical or social-pedagogical basic education (KKE, FaBeK, Childhood Educator HF), ideally including a trainer course - leadership experience, ideally as daycare management
- At least 2 years of professional experience
