Job Description

• Preparation and service of coffee, hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals.

• Courteous and professional reception of patients, family members, and visitors at the cafeteria.

• Management of room service: delivery of meals and drinks to rooms, ensuring punctuality, discretion, and attention to every detail.

• Care of order and cleanliness of workspaces (cafeteria and room service carts).

• Compliance with hygiene and health regulations and the clinic's internal procedures.

• Ensure a superior level of service, in line with the expectations of a clientele accustomed to high standards of comfort and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience, even brief, in bars, cafeterias, catering, or similar activities.

• Good communication skills, courtesy, and predisposition to public contact.

• Strong aptitude for personalized service and attention to a high-end clientele.

• Ability to work in a team and independently.

• Flexible working hours (including shifts, weekends, and holidays).

• Knowledge of HACCP standards.

• Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
