You accompany adolescents and young adults (16-25 years) in supported living and assist them step by step in shaping a self-determined life. In doing so, you take case responsibility, develop individual support plans, and strengthen the clients in housing competence, professional and social integration. To complete the "Start-Life" team in Horgen, we are looking for a
Specialist Social Work/Youth Coaching (80%) from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement What you do with us
- Case responsibility/case management for 4 to max. 5 clients
- comprehensive admission and test diagnostics, focused development planning
- promotion, skills transfer and support of clients in social, school and professional integration as well as in practical everyday life management
- cooperation/networking with the clients' reference system (involved specialist offices,
- comprehensive case documentation (reports, file notes, etc.)
- project work and active participation in service development
- Degree in social work/social pedagogy/socioculture or psychology (HF, FH, university)
- practical experience in advisory and/or residential work with adolescents and young
- Schema coaching certificate (or willingness to undergo corresponding internal training)
- skilled written expression
- mature, resilient and self-initiative personality with communication skills and humor
- willingness to work flexible hours tailored to the target group (occasionally also evenings and within the framework of weekend telephone on-call duties)
- scope for action in case work with ongoing professional coaching, regular team meetings, supervision and internal training
- collegial knowledge exchange in well-established teams
- salary based on the guidelines of the Canton of Zurich
