Marketing Assistant, 50% (m/f/d), limited 4 – 6 months with option for extension
Your tasks
- Support the marketing team in implementing marketing measures
- Handle customer inquiries and literature orders
- Monitor and manage the literature warehouse and coordinate accordingly with the logistics centers
- Maintain and manage customer data in the CRM system including training materials
- Select and prepare address lists for (e-)mailings
- Administrative tasks such as coordinating translations, organizing meetings, creating and revising presentations, package shipping, and invoice verification
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- You have completed commercial or paramedical training and/or further education in marketing/communication
- You are open to digitalization and proficient in common MS Office programs as well as CRM systems – ideally, you also have experience with WordPress
- You are characterized by solution orientation, reliability, and efficiency
- You can convince with your communicative and service-oriented demeanor as well as precise working methods
- Thanks to your organizational talent and foresighted time management, you keep an overview even in a hectic office environment, recognize challenges early, and communicate them promptly
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills complete your profile; any additional language is an advantage
