We are looking for a
Sales Manager Senior Living (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You develop the sales strategy for the Senior Living sector together with the Head of Sales and actively implement it
- You build up the customer segment of retirement and nursing homes and healthcare as a new market and actively acquire new customers
- You acquire, convince and accompany facilities from the first contact to contract conclusion
- You maintain and develop existing contacts and ensure sustainable customer loyalty
- You analyze the market and competitive environment and derive concrete measures for positioning
- You prepare offers including budget, planning and design proposals in cooperation with the Sales Proposal Team
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education, hotel management school or an equivalent education with further training in sales
- You bring at least 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in gastronomy, system or community gastronomy, retail or in the hospital/care environment
- You are a passionate seller with a hunter mentality, perseverance and a dose of frustration tolerance
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
- You convince with organizational talent, analytical thinking and a winning appearance
- You communicate confidently in German and English, French is a plus
