Tasks
Ensuring perioperative organization and smooth processes regarding efficiency and effectiveness in the operating area within your area of expertise
Co-responsible for achieving excellent work quality and high patient safety
Correct implementation of all hygiene guidelines
Instrumenting and assisting in all specialist areas of orthopedic surgery taking into account the established SOPs
Responsibility for the proper preparation, treatment, and provision of materials, devices, apparatus, and instruments
Flawless handling of medical technology devices as well as preoperative device checks
Economical handling of all process-required operating room consumables
Ensuring seamless operating room quality documentation and performance recording within the area of responsibility
Profile
Completed training as a certified specialist HF FA OP, certified specialist in operating technology HF
Several years of professional experience
Organizational skills and resilience
Interest in further education
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
Flexible, independent, team-oriented, and motivated personality
