Your Impact
- Solve complex issues by addressing financial instruments accounting topics such as classification and measurement of debt and equity instruments, hybrid instruments and derivatives under IFRS 9 and IAS 32, accounting for insurance contracts under IFRS 17, assessing the impact of IFRS 18 on financial institutions and much more.
- Conduct financial statement reviews and coach audit engagement teams through the process.
- Develop and deliver training materials for internal and external presentations.
- Write articles for internal and external publications, showcasing your expertise.
- Manage and coordinate training events, enhancing your project management skills.
- Regularly collaborate with audit engagement leaders and the global CRS team, building a strong network within PwC both in Switzerland and globally.
Your Skill Set
- Recently completed (or within the last 2-3 years) Swiss CPA exam or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills, French or Italian language skills are a plus.
- Some prior experience with IFRS Accounting Standards and financial institutions.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously develop both technical and soft skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, with an interest in enhancing these further.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to take initiative and lead tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable, with an openness to hybrid working models and new ways of working.
