Your tasks
- Ensure a personalized welcome for visitors face-to-face and by phone, with appropriate guidance and information
- Manage reception flows
- Perform administrative tasks related to reception: mail management, keys, badges, deposited items, and incident follow-up
- Participate in the proper functioning and security of the site (opening/closing, compliance with instructions, triggering procedures in case of emergency)
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly environment (common areas, waiting area, terrace), while serving as a central point between visitors, services, and facility management.
Your profile
- Proven experience in reception, front desk, or customer service, ideally in a medical environment
- Excellent presentation, service mindset, and calm, caring, and professional communication in all circumstances
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and keep calm under stress
- Proficiency with computer tools and ability to rigorously apply procedures and confidentiality rules
- Team spirit, reliability, and strong customer orientation, with a strong sensitivity to the quality of care for people.
