Your tasks
- You professionally and purposefully accompany the entire recruiting life cycle, from job posting to conducting interviews to hiring
- You advise your internal clients in a partnership-based manner on all topics related to talent acquisition and develop effective recruiting strategies
- You create a distinctive and positive candidate experience for talents by accompanying them appreciatively and competently on their way to us
- You actively work on optimizing our recruiting (tools, processes) within the team and have many opportunities to contribute your ideas in interdisciplinary HR projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training
- Operational experience in recruiting, ideally in the financial or IT sector, but also gladly in personnel services
- Your professional curiosity ensures that you are proficient in current recruitment methods and actively engage with upcoming trends and technologies
- Convincing consulting and communication skills towards various target groups at all hierarchy levels
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset reflecting the values of our bank, "passionate, inspiring, responsible"
- Very good oral and written German and good English skills
