- You are responsible for handling the HIS objection procedure (Swiss reporting and information system that collects irregularities committed in the context of claims settlement: svvsolution.ch/fr/systemes/his).
- You support our LFA specialists in applying the corresponding standards for HIS registration reasons and analyze HIS objections from clients, injured parties, and their representatives.
- Your legal knowledge contributes to the development of the specialized LFA service.

Your skills and talents
- You are a lawyer, preferably holding a lawyer's certificate.
- You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
- You have experience, particularly in private insurance law.
- You stand out for your communication skills, your ability to synthesize, and your capacity to firmly defend the interests of all honest clients. When the situation requires, you manage to find amicable solutions thanks to your negotiation talents.
