Your tasks – Finishing, quality, and autonomy
As a qualified plasterer, you work on new construction and renovation sites, where your expertise directly contributes to the final quality of the project.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform house roughcasting, level with a straightedge, and use a G4 machine.
Carry out dry plastering: installation of suspended ceilings, plasterboard partitions, ALBA panels, and peripheral insulation work.
Install plasterboards and Alba tiles with precision.
Perform plaster spraying, smoothing, jointing, structural reinforcement, as well as coatings and taping.
Read simple plans and work independently to ensure execution in accordance with Swiss standards.
Collaborate with finishing teams and communicate effectively with the site manager.
Your profile – Professionalism & know-how
CFC plasterer or recognized equivalent training.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Switzerland: mandatory.
Fully autonomous, reliable, and able to take initiative.
Motivated, serious, organized, and meticulous in finishing.
Team spirit and impeccable professional behavior.
Driving license required (personal vehicle recommended).
