To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the Acute Geriatrics and Geriatric Rehabilitation service at the HFR in Riaz for a

Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their relatives, respecting the HFR care philosophy, working all service shifts
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for constant improvement of your interventions
- supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
- participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
- proven experience in nursing care, elderly population is an asset
- experience in a hospital setting is an asset
- proficiency in French
- proficiency in computer tools
- dynamic, constructive and creative spirit
- relational skills and sense of communication
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- rigor, flexibility and autonomy
