Your tasks
- Psychiatric care within the framework of the care process and a patient-oriented care system
- Preparation and implementation of individual care planning / application of nursing diagnoses
- Proper management of patient documentation
- Targeted patient observation, social training, and promotion of everyday skills
- Implementation of individual and group nursing offers
- Adequate crisis intervention
- Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly plan
- Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
- Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
- Loyal and multiprofessional collaboration with the team, ward management, and management of the gerontopsychiatric center
- Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements
Your profile
- Completed training in nursing (nursing assistant or a 3-year nursing training)
- A high level of social competence
- An appreciative basic attitude
