About the job

- Ensuring energy supply in the service area of the canton of Basel-Stadt.
- Monitoring and controlling the distribution network, locating network faults, and initiating network expansion.
- Receiving fault reports by phone and in writing and promptly initiating measures.
- In case of power outages, informing various authorities such as customers, internal specialist departments, other municipal utilities, authorities, etc., and accompanying the resolution.
- Taking on field service assignments to fix faults.
