For our area "Home Assistance – Everyday Assistance" we are looking for immediately or by arrangement committed and flexible staff who enjoy supporting elderly people in everyday life.
The focus is on housekeeping and care. Optionally, with the appropriate qualification, assignments in basic care are also possible.
Flexible Everyday Assistance Staff
Flexible assignments by arrangement (hourly wage). The actual employment scope depends on your availability and the assignment planning.
Your area of responsibility:
- Independent support in the household (cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.)
- Companionship and care in everyday life (conversations, walks, joint activities)
- Cooking, pre-cooking as well as shared meals
- Optional: Basic care within the scope of assignments (with appropriate qualification)
- Brief documentation in the electronic tool
Your profile:
- Experience in housekeeping and/or care of elderly people
- Training as a nursing assistant SRK, AGS EBA or FABE advantageous but not mandatory
- Empathetic, reliable and flexible personality
- Enjoy working independently and contact with seniors
- Experience in dealing with people, ideally also with dementia
- Very good German skills; understanding Swiss German is an advantage
- Residence in the canton of Zug or surroundings; driver's license and car are an advantage
