Your Tasks
- In our study programs, you are responsible for central operational and coordinating tasks (e.g., clarification of admission and credit transfer applications from new students, content and formal preparation of appeal decisions, coordination of internal communication across study programs).
- You independently handle areas of study program-specific quality management.
- You participate in development projects for the entire education and/or individual study programs and support the study program managements in strategic decisions with well-founded preparatory work (e.g., through the analysis of evaluation results).
- When operations are running at full speed, you also help where all hands are needed (e.g., at the start of studies, during events).
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree (possibly a higher vocational education degree).
- You bring several years of professional experience, ideally from educational management or university administration.
- You apply your very good MS Office skills and your flair for IT applications daily.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing (C1 certificate).
- An independent, structured, and reliable way of working is natural for you, as is a high level of service orientation.
- You look forward to using your interconnected thinking, conceptual strengths, and possibly your experience in project and process management in your daily work.
