What you can achieve
- Implementation of measures in child and adult protection according to the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB) on behalf of the KESB
- Consultation as well as support/representation of individuals and families within the framework of adult protection measures
- Consultation and support/representation of parents, children, and adolescents within the framework of child protection measures
- Management of clients' income and asset administrations
- Safeguarding legal claims and representing clients in legal, administrative, and financial matters
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with authorities, third parties, and institutions
Special features
- We have already taken the first steps to implement the 2021 KOKES recommendations. This includes adjusting case numbers and hiring a specialist in the legal field.
What distinguishes you for this
- Degree in Social Work (FH/HFS) or comparable education, but persons with a legal background are also welcome
- Fluency in oral and written expression
- High degree of independence, initiative, and quality awareness
- Analytical, resource- and solution-oriented thinking
- High resilience and empathy towards people in difficult life situations
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, KLIB advantageous), driving license category B
- Social skills, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
Ideally, you have
- Experience in statutory social work
- A completed CAS "Mandate Management in Child and Adult Protection"
- Legal knowledge in the area of social insurance
