Technical Concierge (m/f/d)Workplace: Multisite Fribourg / Bulle region
Activity rate: 80-100%
Start date: April 1, 2026 or to be agreed

Your tasks
- Ensure the maintenance, inspections, and follow-up of technical installations (heating, ventilation, plumbing) and site equipment.
- Perform routine repairs, maintenance work as well as concierge tasks.
- Monitor maintenance contracts, manage breakdowns, update technical documentation, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage and monitor technical alarms on the supervision system, including acknowledgment and false alarm clearance.
- Carry out activities in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in the on-call service.
Your profile
- Proven experience and technical training in the building sector (sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.), with a strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Proficient in office tools (MS Office) and able to handle administrative tasks.
- Holding a safety officer training is an asset.
- Very good command of French, both written and spoken.
- Versatile, rigorous, autonomous person with a strong sense of service.
- Rigour, pragmatism, curiosity, and exemplary discretion, with a sense of priorities and responsibilities.
- Preferably residing in the Fribourg / Bulle region or within a 30 km radius.
- Category B driving license required.
- Reliable and impeccable person (extract from criminal record and debt collection office certificate required)
