"Police Region Morges" carries out the general police missions in the territories of Morges, Saint-Prex, Préverenges, Tolochenaz, Buchillon and Lussy-sur-Morges.
As part of the replacement of the current post holder, we are looking for a positive, motivated and dynamic person to take on the challenges of a community police for April 1, 2026 or to be agreed.
AN 80% - 100% EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Missions:
"Directly attached to the Commander, he/she provides high-level administrative, organizational and strategic support. He/she acts as a central support point for the management, ensuring the smoothness of processes, the quality of information, deadlines and the strict confidentiality of the files handled. He/she guarantees the secretariat of the Management and the Management Committee and also provides administrative and organizational support to the General Staff as well as to the Human Resources Manager."
Tasks:
- Manage the Commander's agenda and coordinate priorities.
- Organize meetings, write minutes, ensure the administrative follow-up of the Management and General Staff files.
- Monitor the execution of decisions and ensure compliance with deadlines by following up on signatures and validations.
- Actively participate in the coordination of the Management's strategic files and manage the management documentation (filing, archiving, confidentiality).
- Provide administrative support on certain HR or organizational files, as delegated.
- Organize official events, meetings and institutional encounters.
- Act as a facilitator between Management, political bodies and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability, and perform any task related to the function, at the request of the hierarchy and according to the needs of the service.
Desired profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an institutional or management environment.
- Excellent writing skills in French and ability to take minutes.
- Very good organization, sense of planning and administrative follow-up.
- Proactive and ability to anticipate.
- High autonomy, sense of initiative.
- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks.
- Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills with high-level contacts.
- Loyalty, availability, perseverance and irreproachable discretion.
