Job Description
As a Web Content Digital Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing internal digital content. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and structuring intranet pages, ensuring coherence, quality, and an optimal user experience on web and mobile.
- Content integration and updating: manage intranet pages (AEM), optimize web and mobile display, ensure editorial quality.
- Collaboration with business teams: gather needs, propose suitable solutions, lead functional workshops, and prioritize requests.
- UX/UI design and optimization: propose ergonomic layouts, adapt content and visuals for mobile-first use.
- Asset management and visual consistency: standardize graphic elements (icons, banners, images) and optimize performance and accessibility.
- Quality control and testing: verify rendering on different browsers and devices, ensure compliance with accessibility standards and internal digital best practices.
Qualifications
- Mastery of a CMS: templates, components, workflows, DAM, and good editorial practices.
- Design sensitivity & graphic skills: ability to adapt mockups and visuals for internal digital use.
- UX/UI & responsive design: understanding of intranet user journeys and mobile-first design.
- Front-end technical skills: basic HTML/CSS, understanding of web components and identification of technical limits.
- Communication & business relations: ability to simplify digital constraints and support non-technical teams.
- Personal qualities: autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
