Sales Manager & Inside Sales Team Leader
In this diverse and varied position, your customer orientation, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for the further development of the inside sales team are required.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Leadership, motivation, and further development of the inside sales team
- Operational responsibility for the entire inside sales in Switzerland and export
- Support and expansion of existing customer relationships in close cooperation with the field sales team
- Preparation of offers, price lists, and sales statistics
- Interface between customers, production, logistics, and marketing
- Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategies and annual goals
- Process optimization and ensuring smooth order management
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:
- Commercial basic training with experience in a similar position
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German skills, English spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- High sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and team spirit
