Care Specialist (80%)

Tasks:

• Accompanying the residents in everyday life
• Organizing leisure and weekend activities
• Care activities
• Collaboration in team and client administration
• Key worker duties
• If interested: taking over departmental tasks

Profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE or equivalent training
• Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
• Organizational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
