These are your tasks

• You take daily responsibility in the bistro and bar 
• You are the reliable and charming contact person for our demanding guests in the bar and bistro - individual and professional guest care from reception to farewell
• You are co-responsible for the further development of our bar offerings
• You enjoy leading internal and external courses and training our service team in the area of beverages
• You support first-class service – compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations
• You are co-responsible for a smooth service process  – collaboration within the team and with other departments

What we expect from you

• You have professional experience in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
• You are an enthusiastic host/hostess
• You have sound knowledge in the area of wines and beverages
• You have an exceptional service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and employees
• You love guest contact, are communicative, and always remain courteous and friendly
• You speak German – additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of Lightspeed and Aleno is an advantage
