Job Description
We are looking for a person graduated in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, wishing to invest in a mixed role, combining 50% activity as a therapist and 50% managerial responsibilities.
Therapeutic Activity
- Ensure patient care within the framework of outpatient services and handle billing.
- Write transmissions and comprehensive reports related to clinical observations and interventions performed.
Managerial Activity
Organizational and Strategic Management
- Define procedures, service objectives, and plan the necessary actions to achieve them.
- Implement changes decided within the service and support employees in their adaptation.
- Develop service projects by integrating the results of recent studies and best professional practices.
- Organize and coordinate service activities with internal and external partners.
- Plan, organize, and control service activities by regularly evaluating results.
- Manage material stocks (sales, loans, purchases) and anticipate resources necessary for the smooth running of therapy sessions.
- Develop and manage the budget allocated to the service.
Human Resources Management
- Participate in recruiting employees in collaboration with management.
- Ensure the integration of new employees and conduct staff evaluations.
- Supervise, support, and accompany the team in its professional development.
Communication and Representation
- Ensure quality communication within the service and maintain a fluid and effective exchange network.
- Write and distribute professional documents intended for oral and written communication.
- Ensure the flow of information within the service and its coordination with the multidisciplinary team and management.
- Promote the center's image and ensure respect for institutional values, confidentiality, and professional secrecy.
Qualifications
- Degree in occupational therapy HES or physiotherapist diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Dynamic, initiative spirit, and sense of responsibility.

- Organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
