Your tasks
- Approaching our customers in the reception area as well as recognizing potential and determining needs
- Systematically exploring customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals, and life situations
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers (account and card range), saving, investing, and pension provision
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and mediating further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe systems
- Option to take on the role of practical trainer
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or an equivalent education with solid professional experience
- Many years of experience in consulting and selling basic financial products
- Enthusiasm for active customer consulting as well as a strong affinity for digital channels
- Your communicative, trustworthy personality and your confident appearance convince in customer contact
- You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
