The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Freedom to design as well as the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process.
Sharing your proven professional experience as a Health Specialist EFZ and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions

- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
- You are characterized by pronounced social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
- Confident German in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Handling modern tools is part of your daily routine (PC)
- You are an organizational talent
