As a service and competence center for IT of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our service points with a secure basic infrastructure and progressive applications. Together with you, we advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
The IT customer service is exactly your thing! Therefore, as the IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a collaborator for the ICT service desk.
- You respond to support questions and fault reports via various input channels
- You forward the more complex cases with a clear error description to second-level support
- You analyze and solve problems and document your steps in an understandable way
- You keep track of your support requests and ensure they are completed accurately
- You prepare and maintain clear descriptions for customers as well as documentation for the team
- Education or further training in IT or several years of experience in first-level support
- Strong orientation towards customer needs and services
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- A structured, team-oriented, and solution-focused working style
- Good spoken and written German skills
