Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with a view of the mountains, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. We provide person-centered, resource-oriented care based on the principles of palliative care.
We are looking for a
Nursing Assistant SRK or Nursing Assistant AGS (m/f) 80-100% workload
Your tasks and prospects
- You share responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of our residents
- You inform, support, and accompany our residents individually – always resource-oriented and adapted to needs
- Careful documentation of your nursing and care services according to RAI guidelines is natural to you and brings you joy
- Recording services and material consumption is part of your daily nursing routine
- You reliably and conscientiously perform vital sign checks and blood sugar measurements (SRK after competency proof)
- You recognize changes in the condition of residents early and pass relevant information on to the responsible specialists
What you bring with you
- Completed training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or as Nursing Assistant with SRK certificate
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- High level of motivation, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience in long-term care
- You have good oral and written communication skills in German
