• Processing of regulatory fines
• Owner identification domestically and abroad
• Changes to owner, tenant, and driver data
• File supplements for legal assistance requests and report notifications
• Managing the business control of the regulatory fine center
• Correspondence with authorities domestically and abroad
• Clarifications with other authorities related to the core mission
• Telephone service and general tasks for the regulatory fine center

• Flair for handling PC applications
• Confident written and spoken expression in German
• Resilient, reliable, independent, and discreet personality
• Foreign language skills desired but not required (English, French, and/or Italian)
