In this role, you will significantly contribute to supporting strategic and operational personnel management. With targeted analyses, meaningful key figures, and user-friendly decision-making bases, you will drive the further development of HR controlling. You develop and maintain HR and management key figures, create reports, evaluations, and forecasts, and derive sustainable measures from them. In addition, you develop controlling concepts for various issues and advise our stakeholders on key figures and trends. Furthermore, you shape the strategic orientation in HR controlling, lead or accompany projects, and contribute to the preparation of business reports as well as audits. You take overall responsibility for organizational management in SAP – from creating and continuously maintaining the organizational structure to designing and optimizing processes and ensuring high data quality.

Your profile:
- University of applied sciences degree in Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in a similar role as well as proven expertise in data and project management
- Solid knowledge of SAP organizational management
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Analytical thinking, precise working style, and strong consulting skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Motivation for a versatile and responsible field of activity
