For our tour operating in Baden, we are looking for you as a team player with a passion for the North as
Travel Expert (80 - 100 %)
Entry by arrangement
Your passion is to enable unique travel experiences in the North. You advise our customers professionally
by phone, at the Nordlandcenter (counter), and via video and chat. Independently handling customer
dossiers includes preparing offers, booking travel services, and invoicing.
You are service-oriented, flexible, and resilient. With passion, you convey the fascination
of the North to our customers and, as a sales talent, find the right trip for every customer.
Your profile:
- Completed school education as well as practical professional experience in the travel industry (mandatory requirement)
- Enjoyment in customer consulting and sales
- Passion for our Nordic destinations
- Resilient personality with organizational talent
- Positive charisma and identification with Kontiki values
- Very good German and good English skills
