The Electric Energy Department operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies, and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.

Mission:

Join the Executive Management of Groupe E SA and actively contribute to shaping the future of a major energy player in French-speaking Switzerland. You define and lead the strategy of the Electric Energy Department in line with Groupe E's vision.

You develop and implement the supply strategy derived from production, long-term contracts, the wholesale market, and participations, while ensuring optimal valorization of energy portfolios (Trading). You guarantee security, performance, and environmental compliance, while optimizing and developing production tools. You lead strategic investments, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure their profitability. As a key player in structuring projects, you represent Groupe E in national and international studies and committees and contribute directly to the overall strategy.

A visionary and inspiring leader, you support digital transformation, develop an agile and efficient organization, and promote autonomy and responsibility within your multidisciplinary teams. You instill a customer-oriented culture based on transparency, collaboration, and sustainable performance.

Finally, you play a key role in defining Groupe E's overall strategy and represent its interests on the boards of its subsidiaries and participations.

Profile:

Holder of a higher education degree HES/EPF in electricity, mechanics, or equivalent, ideally complemented by an MBA, you have recognized and confirmed experience in strategic high-responsibility roles in the energy sector. Your expertise covers markets, products, and standards of the sector, as well as environmental issues.

A recognized leader, you unite multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale projects, and support change in complex environments. Communicative, you mobilize and unite your teams around innovative initiatives. You embody the values of Openness, Sustainability, and Respect upheld by Groupe E. Comfortable with digital tools and sensitive to emerging technologies, you make them true levers of transformation for the future of energy.
