Real Estate Management Clerk (m/f/d)

This is what you will do:
- You are responsible for supporting the team with all administrative tasks within the B2C location to ensure smooth operations
- As the first point of contact on site, you take care of customer service and are responsible for the initial contact with customers and tenants
- Communication with tenants, caretakers, craft businesses, and authorities is part of your duties to ensure effective information exchange
- You are responsible for carrying out final accounts and deposit dissolutions as well as obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to craft businesses, and monitoring the work
- The posting, processing, and recharging of creditor orders and invoices as well as debtor control and handling of dunning procedures also fall within your area of responsibility
This is why you succeed:
- You have completed a commercial basic education and preferably have the Real Estate Management Clerk qualification or are willing to complete this further training
- You have already gained initial professional experience as a clerk (preferably in the real estate industry or similar)
- You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality
- An independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills qualify you for dealing with different groups of people
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
