Your contribution to the company
- Handling complex cases of material damage in the areas of liability, motor vehicles, and construction, with a special focus on construction and industrial liability
- Assigning expert mandates to determine the causes of damage
- Conducting negotiations with injured parties, their lawyers, other involved persons, and insurers
- Instruction and support of external lawyers in case of lawsuits
- Exercising active recourse claims
- Collaborating on projects and internal training
- Technical support for our decentralized Claims departments
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- University degree in law with several years of professional experience, preferably with a lawyer's license
- Practical knowledge of construction law and liability law is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Excellent knowledge of French and German; knowledge of English and Italian is an asset
- You are open to change and see it as an opportunity
- Workplace: Winterthur (or to be agreed), with flexible arrangements possible thanks to teleworking
