Head of Electrical Panels Quotation Entity 80-100% (Manager)

As the head, you will be responsible for the organization and performance of the EP Quotation entity within the Technical and Infrastructure Department (DTI) while ensuring the coordination of the organizational, managerial, and financial management of the entity in close collaboration with the unit manager and department director.

Mission :

• Handle client requests (internal and external) and participate in site visits for surveys and propose the best solutions to clients for the unit's products
• Study, calculate, prepare tender documents and propose solutions adapted both technically and financially
• Actively participate in negotiation sessions to obtain new mandates
• Identify client needs and propose modern and innovative solutions for the concerned products and all group companies
• Plan, execute, control, establish technical documentation, technical reports, schedules and optimize projects and quotations for offers, bids, and public contracts
• Develop, maintain, and support close relationships with various stakeholders in the technical follow-up of projects and ensure their proper execution (Project Kick-off)
• Supervise, organize, and oversee the activity of employees and apprentices according to internal directives and conduct annual evaluation interviews
• Optimize and sustain existing processes, propose performance monitoring indicators for the entity

Profile :

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in a technical field
• Federal certificate in team management or additional management training
• Graduate engineer HES or equivalent training
• Excellent communication skills and natural charisma, with a strong client and solution orientation
• Capable of working transversally and having a significant impact
• Gifted in analysis, coordination, and organization, flexible and available
