Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland. </p><p>Health Promotion Switzerland recognizes Syngentas asset strategy by anticipating product lifecycle transitions, identifying assets released from products facing cost competition or declining volumes, and matching them with opportunities from the R&D pipeline, backward integration initiatives, and supply risk mitigation strategies.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities </strong></p><ul><li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Monthey site AI production assets, processes, capacity constraints, and current product portfolio to identify redeployment opportunities and strategic synergies.</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Supply Chain teams to anticipate asset availability and to identify incoming products from the innovation pipeline, backward integration opportunities, and supply risk mitigation needs.</li><li>Own and continuously update the AIP asset strategy database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support evidence-based siting studies and scenario planning.</li><li>Lead phase 2 siting studies for new products, evaluating technical feasibility, capacity fit, capital requirements, and risk scenarios.
