You work in two adjacent decentralized apartments with 2 and 7
adult people with developmental and multiple disabilities in a team of
6 people. We look forward to your application as:

Social Pedagogue / Care Specialist
at 80%
immediately or by arrangement

Tasks you will take on:
You accompany people with developmental and multiple disabilities in everyday life, with
household activities, limited nursing tasks, and participation in
social life. The concept of functional health provides the basis for this. You
are part of a 6-person team and work with external specialists and relatives
together.

What you bring:
o completed training as Social Pedagogue / FABE / HEP / AGS / FAGE Psychiatry
o appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence
o supportive, clear communication
o a team-oriented and independent way of working
o willingness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts, including night duty
