Residential home with day structure and

The Wohnheim Öpfuböimli Foundation in Oberaargau in the canton of Bern offers at its two
locations in Huttwil fifteen adults with cognitive or multiple impairments a
comprehensive, professional living, leisure, employment, and care service based on Christian
principles.
After our transition to resident-centered support, we are looking to strengthen our
"Wohngruppe Nyffel" team immediately or by arrangement with a
Evening and Weekend Service 30-50%
Your tasks
- You accompany our residents in their daily life and leisure activities in the evenings and on certain weekends
- You actively participate in the care and personal hygiene of our residents
- Necessary household tasks are naturally part of your duties
- You work closely with the other employees.
Your profile
- You bring experience in care and support. Ideally, you have completed training in these areas.
- This position is well suited for those re-entering the workforce.
- You are flexible, resilient, and contribute to the appreciative, cheerful atmosphere
in the team. - You have already worked with cognitively and physically impaired people and have
no hesitation to assist with personal care.
