As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support companies on occupational pension topics (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ). Together, we want to responsibly and independently accompany and provide long-term support to our customers.

Your Tasks
- Leadership and active support, coaching, and development of your employees
- Ensuring and further developing high professional competence within the team as well as comprehensive, broad networking with other internal specialists and interfaces
- Independent and holistic consulting and professional support of entrepreneurs and companies on occupational pension topics (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)
- Development of tailored solutions based on customer needs in the area of occupational pensions and personal insurance
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential, cross-departmental deepening and expansion of customer relationships
- Building, maintaining, and actively further developing a comprehensive network of relationships, internally and externally
- Participation and partial responsibility in projects to further develop the area
- Appearances as a speaker at internal bank and external events and occasions
Your Profile
- Completion of further education, ideally in the pension area (university of applied sciences, higher vocational training, federal diploma or similar)
- Completed intermediary examination (VBV) or certified financial advisor IAF
- Leadership experience in a comparable work environment
- Experience in consulting and supporting corporate clients in the pension and personal insurance area (BVG/KTG/UVG) as well as solid market knowledge in the collective foundation sector
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong skills in negotiation and presentation
- Very good German skills, business fluent English skills, French skills are an advantage
