Do you like people, innovative projects, strategic challenges and want to help shape things? You take on the professional responsibility at reception/telephone and form a team as administrative support together with the Development & Acquisition department.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for reception
- General customer service (reception, bistro, meeting rooms)
- Ensuring competent telephone service for German-speaking Switzerland and Romandy
- Initial dispatch of documentation and materials for interested parties (CRM)
- Coordination of room occupancy (meeting rooms, salesroom, etc.)
- Procurement and management of office supplies
- Processing internal and external mail as well as electronic mailbox Renggli
- Assistance in coordinating internal and external events / training
- Assistance in managing pool cars and electric charging station
- Administrative and organizational support of the Development & Acquisition team management
Your profile
- a completed commercial or similar education
- already gained experience in a similar role
- very good spoken French and German skills
- a service-oriented mindset, great empathy and an open personality
- very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and an affinity for IT programs such as CRM, SMINO, etc.
