Head of Business Continuity Management LANDI m/f/d 60 - 80%

You are responsible for the operational implementation of information and IT security in the LANDI world. You are responsible for coordinating continuity and crisis management activities and are the first point of contact for information and IT security issues. You report directly to the information security officer of the LANDI world.

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and delivery results in all information and IT security steps and for the restoration of critical business processes in the event of an incident
• Controls the operational implementation of the requirements from the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the LANDI world
• Identifies risks related to business-critical values, determines deviations, and prepares communication
• Ensures that business-critical processes can be restored as quickly as possible in the event of a crisis thanks to adequate technical and personnel resources
• Assesses and records the damage potential in the event of a failure of business-critical processes in fenaco's central risk register
• Ensures up-to-date Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) plans
• Initiates and coordinates immediate measures in the event of incidents in coordination with the fenaco IT security organization (protection, transition, fallback, and escalation measures)
• Conducts training for employees to ensure they are familiar with BCM and CM plans
• Defines communication strategies in consultation with fenaco corporate communications and prepares corresponding reports

• Professional experience in BCM as well as experience in project management and change management
• Great interest in IT and process security topics
• Solution-oriented personality with assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• Native German speaker with very good French skills (B2/C1)
