You have several years of experience in a service-oriented environment and are looking for a new, meaningful, and exciting role? Your Tasks
- You are the first point of contact in our customer halls and advise our customers personally and needs-oriented – for example in the areas of payment transactions, saving, investing, and retirement planning
- You approach our customers in the reception area and identify their needs
- You arrange telephone appointments and conduct comprehensive advisory discussions
- You support our customers in entering the digital world of Zürcher Kantonalbank
- You are jointly responsible for handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe facilities
- You work closely with specialists – with the goal of building sustainable relationships and providing holistic customer care
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented service sector (e.g., insurance, tourism, retail, telecommunications)
- You are service-oriented, communicative, and have a good sense of what customers need and are looking for a long-term position
- You work independently but also well in a team
- You have a confident appearance, a neat appearance, and maintain respectful interaction
- Enjoy advising and interest in economic topics
- Very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
