Your tasks

First aid for IT questions: You are the first point of contact for our employees with IT concerns and ensure quick and competent support. Problem solver: You analyze disruptions and find pragmatic solutions – whether in the network, with a printer, software, or password chaos. Team player: You work hand in hand with other internal departments and external IT providers. Documentation hero: You maintain our knowledge database and ensure that solutions and ideas are not lost.

Our expectations

You have completed IT training or have comparable experience. In addition, you enjoy working with people and technology, have solid know-how in Windows OS, MS Office, networks, and possess patience, humor, and a desire to learn every day.
